The Production Manager will supervise all factory production, overseeing the wood, metal (stainless, brass and aluminium) and the painting section.
This role is a technical role and previous hands on experience in all or some of the departments is essential.
Joinery and fit-out manufacturing background is ideal.
Role Description:

Availability of materials.

Safety of workforce and environment and machines.

Job Description
We are urgently in need of Admin Assistant who is responsible for the day-to-day support to the Principal
Manager and additionally to a number of managers in the organization. Support includes the scheduling of
project team meetings for a multitude of projects in addition to being responsible for the maintenance of
all project documentation for each of the projects. The successful candidate will support several managers
in the Organization and will perform general administrative duties and will interact daily with management,
staff, and external contacts.
-Generate Peer place and Excel Statistical forms.
-Compile data in Excel format as requested by program director.
-Provide Peer place, MS Word, Excel and Outlook support to staff.
-Type data into computer.
-Train aides, clerical workers, volunteers and interns.
-Prepare written documentation as required by professional staff.
-Maintain department records, reports, correspondence, and other files as requested.
-Read and route incoming mail, mail, fax and email communications. Locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by staff as assigned by director.
-Prepare outgoing mail.
-Compose and type routine correspondence.
-Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official. Place outgoing calls.
-Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
-Participate in staff meetings.
-Perform other tasks and duties as needed or requested.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management.
-Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
-Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
-Must have leadership ability, as evidenced by leadership roles through school and/or work experience.
-Must be proficient in handling routine and confidential correspondences.
-Must have good written and verbal communication skills.-

Product Developer - Fashion design / Retail background

Job Description
The product developer must come from a fashion design or retail background who has a good understanding of supply chain within manufacturing. The candidate must be able to create products and have clear communication with the manufacturers from start to finish of the product.
The product developer would report back to the Production Manager & Head of operations and work closely with Design Manager, Garment technologist and Pattern Master.
Key responsibilities:
•Attend product line concept presentations and sales meetings in house.
•Follow trends, especially regarding material and fabric technologies such as washes, treatments …
•Sourcing and coding of materials (fabrics, trims, accessories)
•Organize fabric and trim libraries with costs/quantities
•Support/creation of product specifications sheets with Garment Technologist.
•Control the distribution of prototypes tech packs
•Support during fittings of prototypes and samples, taking notes and communicate them to suppliers and factories
•Oversea product development phases and relationships with suppliers and factories on a daily basis.
•Work with designers to align with collection needs and in order to achieve the look and quality expected.
•Costing of manufacturing according to fabric and trimmings and start to finish of garment construction.
•To translate costing of manufacturing costs to the team, how feasible a product can be and manufactured at the correct price and the right quality.
•Have a strong understanding of fabric and quality.
•Meeting project brief and client expectation.
•The candidate has a core understanding of PML: ‘Product Lifestyle Management’ can assess time scale.
•To create a critical pathway of production cycle with Head of operations and Garment Technologist.
